Left hip arthroscopy to repair a torn labrum, hip impingement, and cam pincer lesion in a man in his 20s. There is also some arthritis clean up. The injury was believed to be a result of years of playing ice hockey. Pain was radiating from joint and constant, resulting in loss of sleep, movement, and activity. Popping or snapping was also present. Left untreated for a long period of time, patient developed knee issues and a stress fracture in the foot.
